The staff surprised my daughter with a birthday card and gift. The room was big with a luxurious bathroom. The beds were comfy. Great location. Delicious breakfast.

We had a luxurious stay at this hotel. the service was exceptional - the staff fulfilled our exclusive amenities needs with promptness and professionalism. the room advantages were impressive, with comfortable bedding and high-quality toiletries. the food at the restaurant was delicious, and the private facilities were up to standard.
The remote control in our room was not in good condition. Though the room service personnel were very helpful in fixing it, they accidentally charged us for a movie.
